Installation Tips: Any sealant used where your Fireclay sink meets a bench-top needs to be flexible (like silicone), rather than rigid (like stone adhesive) to allow for any differential in expansive rates between the bench top and the sink.
When installing the waste fitting/s it is important to use some silicone sealant between the stainless steel waste flange (the part that you will see in the sink around the plug) and the glazed sink itself. This is to stop water from draining under the flange when the sink is filled. Please note that if surfaces are cleaned with a cloth dampened with Mineral Turps the silicone adhesives very well. Also use the same cloth to clean up any excess silicone that squeezes out when the waste fitting is tightened. Ensure that the silicone is cleaned up BEFORE it dries.

Because all our Fireclay sinks are handmade using traditional methods, they are 100% unique. Slight variations in the finish from one sink to the next add character and are in keeping with the way these sinks have been for the past 100 years.

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM ONLY.
Delivery Process: Delivery is to the door only. Buyer must be available to accept delivery and assist the driver in unloading. Driver will not carry large items up or down stairs. Goods may be left without a signature if authorized.
Missed Deliveries: If not at home during delivery, a note with courier details will be left. Contact the freight company for collection or re-delivery. Additional surcharge for re-delivery.
Delivery times: Metro & Outer Areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-9 business days. Regional areas: usually estimated time of arrival 3-12 business. Note: Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
Out of Stock Products: We maintain a wide range of stock in multiple warehouses. If we can't fulfill your order within the promised time, we'll contact you within 24-48 hours with an updated ETA and recommend an alternative.
All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances. No refund applies if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition or goods have been installed or attempted to be installed.
If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.

As third party courier companies Brands Direct Online are unable to control delivery days and times. The courier is unable to ring prior or during delivery. If delivery is to a residential address please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods. If this is not possible we recommend using an alternate delivery address (ie. Work address) If you’re not home at time of delivery you will be charged a re-delivery fee. It is a condition of delivery that you or someone on your behalf will be available to assist the driver in the unloading of large or heavy items such as baths, vanities, appliances etc. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available.
