Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Speedy delivery and easy to put together

Haven't set it up yet. There was some confusion with the contents of my order when it arrived. It turns out it was my mistake. Whilst working to get to the bottom of the issue, the MyDeal and Prime Cart customer service people were expedient and gracious in their communications and the problem was identified swiftly. Excellent customer service.
