10 out of 10 for the seller and the product. I made the purchase I think 2 days ago and I received the product today. Super fast delivery in sydney. The chair is amazing. I had some parts missing that isn't the seller's fault. Contacted the seller had quick response. And a few hours later seller went above and beyond to replace the missing parts even included parts I already had. Honestly wish we had more seller's like this one. Product is incredible it's remote functions great. The setting has alot of options to target any or all areas mentioned at the same time. It's not to bulky like other chairs. Sometimes you need a chair that's going to fit well in a crowded rooms. Seating is comfortable. The gas lift is replaceable if the original one doesn't give you the height you need. A hardware shop can give you the taller options. Especially if you have the sit stand desk or youre a tall person like me. Would purchase again from this seller.

I love this chair. It is great quality & the massage feature is awesome. I have lower back problems but when I feel pain I now sit in my massage chair for about 10 minutes and the pain eases to the point that I don’t have to take pain killers for it. It is invaluable to me
