15-day return policy

If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will process the product refund (excluding postage) and notify you

If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to the inventory, we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately, the return cannot be delivered to our warehouse, office or warehouse facilities in person.

Damage during transportation

We try our best to package these products because we think they will be mishandled during transportation, and sometimes the goods will still be damaged during transportation.

We gave this to my husband for his birthday and he is loving. The first few hours he spent firstly watching the ice drop and then calling out every time he heard it. Once our visitors arrived he had to show them how awesome it is! He then proceeded to power drink with our 2 sons to see if the ice machine could keep up with them, it did not disappointment. Plenty of ice was being made and they didn't run out. Would definitely recommend this👍
