1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Beautiful instrument,very nice sound ,takes a little while for the strings to stretch so that the yuk stays in tune ,but after that perfect very happy
