  • I am quite happy with my new i 11 phone, I only had the choice of the 128GB, and I purchased 1 in excellent condition. What the site said nothing about a new battery, which is what I got with it. Only problem is it either not an Apple battery or faulty, as in settings phone does not recognize this new battery and have a "1" in settings icon on my home page. This has not seemed to affect the phone at all.

  • Arrived on time as promised. The phone was superficially as-new: no visible scratches (on either the surface casing or more practically, the screen). All the component parts A1 working order (software and hardware). Being refurbished I was curious about the phone's battery quality - but it's holding its charge just fine. Only had it for a couple of weeks but it's operating like a new iPhone out of the factory.
