WARRANTY POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 3-month manufacturers warranty from the date of invoice. If your product turns out to be faulty or damaged, FLEX will repair, replace or refund the item unless (but not limited to):

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will attract a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover costs. Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Where the item was offered with Free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted the final amount returned. The cost of return shipping will be born by the customer. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

  • I’m a 63yr old woman, I love using it daily hoping to strengthen my muscles and increase fitness. Somehow I ended up with extra bits. It comes fully dismantled and you will need tools (spanner and sockets, size 17mm, also 13 or 15mm I think? Ended up buying an electric ratchet) and have a knack for reading instructions and putting it all together which took me 2days.

  • Great quality and well priced product. Easy to assemble. Quick delivery to FNQ.( l appreciate you don't normally ship to this postcode).Will recommend this product and the distributor. Thanks Michael
