Massage system
With HydroJet Pro™ technology enjoy a better massage experience that combines AirJet™ and HydroJet™10 HydroJet ™ nozzles surround the side walls to deliver targeted jets of water, while 180 AirJet™ openings release bubbles from the bottom of the spa to create a warm, bubbling environment.

Technologies
DuraPlus ™ is a reinforced material consisting of two layers of laminated PVC and a polyester mesh. This material is resistance tested to guarantee and offer a superior lifespan.

Filtration touch pump
Our filtration touch pump combines design and functionality . It inflates the spa, heats the water up to 40°C, performs filtration to maintain maximum water cleanliness and activates the massage system.

Freeze Shield™ System
Our innovative Freeze Shield™ system is designed so you can enjoy your spa all year round. This automatic heating system prevents water from freezing by activating at 6°C and stopping at 10°C.

The Lay-Z-Spa® HydroJet Pro™ Santorini is designed with a gray Duraplus™ exterior liner that matches beautifully with its blue marble effect interior liner . To improve your comfort, the bottom of the spa has an inflatable bench , also covered by this sublime graphic design. Very aesthetic and trendy. For an even more enchanting relaxation experience, this spa is equipped with ColorJet LED lights that alternate between 7 different colors.

Warranty Policy

Ozzie Energy offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Ozzie Energy warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ozzie Energy, we can offer solve solutions: repair the products, or provide replacement parts, or arrange a full replacement. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.

Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

We do our best to package the products to avoid mishandled or damaged in transit. However, should your item not function on arrival you are entitled to return the product to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement at your request. The item needs to be returned and inspected prior to the resolution being provided.

60 Day Returns Policy

Here at Ozzie Energy, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind about any of the products you purchase from us, simply contact us in writing within 60 days to be guided through getting a refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, in original and re-saleable condition. The original shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
