Address Change
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.

It is better than one of the top professional steam carpet cleaner (advertised on tv) when i moved into (previous) rental the loungeroom carpet was badly stained & the real estate said that was the best the steam cleaner could get it when i moved out & used the Bissell 2457H as per instuctions no stains were left when finished. And the real estate said i had to use the same company to clean the carpets again (i refused to) & they threatened to take my bond money & when they did the final inspection they so impressed with the excellent clean of the Bissell they no longer engage the services the carpet cleaning company. And i did get all my bond back.
