The Wheel Chocks are used for wedging and blocking tires to restrict movement of the wheel while the vehicle is being loaded or stored. The rubber wheel chocks are designed to grip tyres and cause downward pressure to lock tyres into place. The Heavy Duty Rubber Wheel Chocks are suitable for heavy duty and light vehicles such as trucks, cars, utes, caravans, buses, trailers and boats.
The rubber wheel chocks made from moulded recycled black rubber and its heavy-duty construction resists sun, salt and oil. Made of heavy duty rubber the wheel chock will not crush like plastic ones. The portable and compact design makes storage in your vehicle easy and non-invasive and they can easily be carried and lifted into place. Features built-in handle and moulded rope connection point for easy placement or pull out from under vans and vehicles.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

Warranty

This warranty applies for the period defined on the product or on the item description.

• Dead on Arrivals (DOA) claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice;

• You may be required to perform simple troubleshooting steps and/ or provide evidence to demonstrate the fault before a return can be initiated;

• Some vendors prefer to deal with warranty cases directly with end-users, you may be required to contact the vendor directly for warranty claims;

• Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase;

Returns

Change of mind requests must be accompanied with proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from receiving the item;

The item(s) must be returned to us in a factory sealed and unopened condition, a deduction of up to 50% from the refund may occur to recover the lost value of the item.

Please be advised that return postage is to be paid by buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition*.

*Merchantable condition refers to the item being Brand New

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product.
