Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The quilt is lovely and what I was expecting

I'm very happy with this cover, the colours are very true as advertised, it fits perfectly my super king sized doona. I love the zip closure makes it look tidy. I have washed it twice I followed the washing instructions for the cover and pillow slips turning inside out it has come up looking great creasing is very minimal. Light in weight using with my warm winter doona works a treat and I will be able to use in summer with a light doona, fast delivery, overall it's great value.

I chose this quilt from a photo and description and it has met and exceeded my expectations. Colours are great and fabric is ideal - micro fibre - and fits quilt perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the things I have bought on line from My Deal including time between purchase and delivery.
