Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

it has the usual setting cold, warm and hot, I found the the heat generated is far better than the el-cheapo element ones. The only downside is that the controls are not as user-friendly.I prefer knobs, the buttons are fiddly and my 𝕻𝖗𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖘𝖘 𝖔𝖋 𝕻𝖗𝖔𝖈𝖗𝖆𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 does not like this at all!
