1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

this product is awesome with one minor qualification - why do companies provide remote controls that are battery operated but don't provide batteries to at least enable use of the heater straight away by using the remote control.
