2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This heater was so good we ordered a second one which unfortunately was damaged in the post, upon letting the company know this they responded immediately with an offer of refund or replacement heater. We were so happy with the product we of course asked for a replacement. This arrived in a couple of days, great customer service, 5 stars !!!
