Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Having used latex contoured pillows in the past, this design is just perfect. Suppports my neck very well without being too hard or soft. Definitely recommend for the price and free shipping was a bonus.

Great pillow , I've been having a great night sleep everynight since it arrived , I also don't have a sore neck when I wake up each morning.

These pillows are soft to the touch but really supportive, just what I was looking for! Breath holes throughout keep them cool and airer out and they have a washable cover. Great value compared to other similar products I came across during my extensive search. Highly recommend.
