6.5L Wax Melting Pot: It is very suitable for small-medium size candle businesses. Large capacity of 6.5 litres, with 1800w and 220-240V. The heating efficiency of the wax melting furnace is very fast, which can greatly save your time and improve the production efficiency.
Pouring Control: This wax warmer comes with a resin faucet, which makes pouring wax into the candle mould easier and also minimizes the risk to spill or sprinkling.
30℃-110℃ Temperature Control: With an 30℃-110℃ temperature control functions,simply rotate controller and meet your different needs to melt all types of wax like soy wax, bee wax, paraffin, coconut wax, and more. It also comes with an AU plug with 3C certification. Quality and Safety is guaranteed.
Safety and Durable: The inner tank is made of double layer austenitic plus SUS304 stainless steel, and the top lid is strongly sealed to prevent wax overflow. The pot can resist high temperatures for easy wax release, which is easy to clean. Suitable for soy wax, paraffin, coconut & beeswax and more.
Stay Warm: When heating starts, the red heating indicator light will light up, and the yellow indicator will light up when heating is finished and keeping warm, preventing overheating or burning.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Additional postage charges may apply for rural areas. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. You will be given a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched. Please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Pick-up is also welcome at our warehouse based in Nunawading, Victoria. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used depends on the size and weight of each item as well as the delivery location. Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations generally prevent items from being dispatched in one consignment. We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

1. Yarrasupply will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;

- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);

- in a resalable condition; and

- not damaged in any way.

2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Yarrasupply, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Yarrasupply within 30 days.

Although the melter I received does not look like the picture the one I received did not have the black cover ( which I would have loved) it works really well and I can pump out candles and wax melts very fast now. Postage was quick and in secure packaging.
