All of our products come with a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.
5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames
All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty
30-Day Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)
Your only two responsibilities here will be:
The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:
Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions

The process of returning the item is as follows:
Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link
You will need to organise to return to the sender
We will keep a look out for the returned item
Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you
Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

We absolutely love this mattress. So much so that we’ve bought one for our king size bed at home and our caravan queen bed. Amazing value for money. The first night we slept on it my husband and both woke refreshed and pain free. After years of spending thousands of dollars trying to find a mattress to support our backs and give us restful nights sleep, thiatrwss has met all our needs and at half the price of others we’ve tried

Excellent value for money and ideal for using in our holiday home. My husband said he gets a better sleep on this mattress than our very expensive mattress we have at home.

I wasn't sure about buying a mattress in a box and I am so pleased I decided to. It is so comfortable. I would highly recommend it and given the value you can't go wrong. I researched so many and read so many reviews and the Zinus Euro box top checked all the boxes for price and quality. Plus delivery was fast and easy. Extremely happy with my purchase

Our mattress needed upgrading, so after alot of searching online, reading reviews, and comparing prices, we decided on the Zinus Euro Box Top iCoil Pocket Spring Bed Mattress HD Foam 33cm Medium Plush. Delivery was super fast, and the mattress was easy to set up. I was concerned there might be a chemical type smell once we removed it from the box, but I honestly didn't notice any bad smell at all. We have slept on it for the past 2 nights, and so far it is pretty great. I am very happy with my Zinus mattress, and I will most likely be buying the same brand for my kids beds in the near future. This is great value and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save some money.
