Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Easy to install, but to do the maintenance such as oiling the of the conveyor belt is not clear enough, have to guess and even till now I do not know. The pictures of the manual is not good, it is copy only. Why don't you prepare proper manual.

Really like my treadmill but the delivery was shocking. There was no update and when it was delivered 2 days after that I had an email saying it was delivered on a different day

I am very happy with the everfit walk machine. It arrives within a week after purchase, is easy to assemble and set up. With a wide range of speed and 3 inclination, it is just the right equipment for home use and I have used it daily since it arrived. Bing So
