Returns, Replacements & Refunds

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The item must be returned within 10 business days after your return request is authorised. For change of mind/purchased by mistake returns, shipping fees and risks are at buyer’s cost. A refund will be decided after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% of the item price plus $10 will apply, which will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise most of our items come with a standard 1 year warranty, excludes normal wear and tear and/or misuse of items. Please send us a message and provide details of your claim. Onsite repairs, shipping/transport fees are not covered by warranty. You may be required to send the item back at your own costs/risks for inspections.
