Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The patio set arrived quickly. All the parts were included and it was easy to assemble. The chairs are comfortable and a good colour (grey) though a coloured cushion cover would be better than white. I am happy with the setting.

I am very pleased with this product. Unfortunately one of the legs had gone through the box and it had scratched the paint off. Rather than send it back I just touched it up with a bit of paint. Apart from that I am very happy with it.
