1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

This is absolutely the best and warmest doona we have ever owned!!! It is so puffy and fills the doona cover well and keeps you warm. My partner even says the he no longer needs to wear sockies to bed. 😂🤣
