• Directions For Charcoal BBQ:
  
  • Let the coals reach the desired cooking temperature
  • Place your favourite wood chips in the smoker box
  • Place covered smoker box on top of coals using safety mitts
  • Allow about 15 mins for wood chips to begin to smoke then place food on the grill
  • Soaking the wood is not necessary
• Directions For Gas BBQ:
  • Place the smoker box on top of the racks in the BBQ
  • Place your favourite wood chips in the smoker box
  • Put lid on the smoker box
  • Turn on the BBQ to high heat and allow 15 mins for wood chips to begin to smoke
  • Reduce heat to desired cooking temperature and place food on the grill
  • Soaking the wood is not necessary
