Best BBQ for the money. 12KBTU means it gets hot enough for steaks, hood deep enough for roasts, grill not an issue as roasts done in roasting pan, I have a hot plate 5mm steel that coos the steaks rather will. I use on my boat and is 1/5 the cost of other SS BBQ.
