We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Our kitten loves her climbing tree, she naps in the sunlight on the top platform, and sleeps in the cubby house. It's perfect, was relatively easy to put together after a couple of false starts, having a ruler handy is helpful to work out which pole where, well packaged.

Perfect scratching post and sleeping spot for my cat. She loves it and loves to be up high. Great product. I had an old one which was time to get rid of, purchase the same again as great value and my cat loves it.
