Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problems for you.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.

The trolley went together perfectly, and it has taken the pressure off all my other cupboards and drawers in terms of storage. It also doubles as a table. My kitchenette is tiny, and this trolley has given me a lot of options. It was delivered in 6 working days which is the quickest I have known from any freight company. I am very happy with this purchase.

I really like this product . I bought it to put my dryer on in the Kitchen .so it wouldn’t look so out of place . It wasn’t so easy to put together but that was my fault because I did it back to front at first . it’s fabulous when finished . The doors close nicely and the drawer is great for many Knick knacks. Unfortunately I can’t use the sides as intended due to the space but I will in the future . Well worth the money and was delivered the next day after ordering at night .
