Bearing in mind it is recommended to enter the sauna at around 40 - 45 degrees which can be reached after about 10 minutes. The sauna cabin with then continue to increase over the next 15 - 20 minutes. The sauna heat up times may vary depending on the external room temperature.
You will find that the best temperature for your sauna session is anywhere between 40 - 60 degrees. You can start lower and increase it for a more intense heat as your tolerance level increases

Prepare for your Delivery
Before your Innerlight Sauna is delivered, it's important to make sure that you have measured the space where you plan to set it up, and that the necessary electrical requirements are in place.
Our 3 and 4 person saunas require a 15amp powerpoint. Our 1 & 2 person saunas require no special power, as they can be plugged into a standard powerpoint.
Installation
Your sauna will be delivered on a pallet in flat packs, which will require at least two people to unpack all the panels. For larger units, you may need more than two people to help with the unpacking.
If you don't have a safe, dry storage location, it's important to make sure you have a designated area ready to store the panels until you're ready to assemble the sauna.
Your sauna will be delivered by one driver. The driver is only able to deliver the goods to your door. Due to the size and weight of the items, you will need to provide assistance on your end with carrying items inside.
Please check the size and weight of the items you will be receiving to calculate how many people will be required.
You may require as many as 2 to 4 people who can assist with lifting the cartons and assembling the product.

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be in "new" or "like new" condition, with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and all original product manuals included.
After we receive and have inspected the returned item, and it is verified to be in as new condition, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price.
If the item is in used or less than new condition, we will determine the amount to be refunded.
For products that were originally shipped to you under "Free Shipping" or with "Freight Included" at at the checkout ", the actual freight or installation costs incurred by Innerlight Sauna to ship the product will be deducted from your refund.
