Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Love my Ionmax dehumidifier. I knew my room was quite humid, but I had no idea how much. I run my dehumidifier over night and it's almost full in the morning. It took a couple of nights to get used to the operating sound but now it sends me to sleep. I highly recommend this product. I chose it based on other 5 star reviews. The price was great too!!

Very happy with our purchase. We bought these units for our daughter's place, which has a serious mould problem. She has noticed a huge improvement. Also loves the fact that they heat up the room as well. The units are very compact and stylish.

Works brilliantly. Gobsmacked by the amount of water( container full) extracted in about 20hours of operation at the 50% humidity setting, and running most of the time on low fan speed. Not too noisy on low fan setting. Excellent ease of use with practical button settings. I certainly highly recommend this little Ionmax610 dehumidifier

Bought this for my boat. Morning condensation was making everything damp and mould was starting everywhere. Ran it all day for the first two days which dried out everything and now I keep it on a maintenance cycle. Does an absolutely brilliant job. Would give it more stars if I could.
