Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a change of mind, or if the product is significantly different from what was shown or described to you, or if it does not perform as expected based on our claims, you have the following options: refund, repair, or exchange. To qualify, the product must be returned to us within 30 days, with all packaging and accessories intact, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For faulty items, we will cover the postage charges. When you contact us to obtain your RA number, we will provide a return label for your convenience. However, for items returned due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. We recommend using registered insured post for all returns, as Orderun will not be held liable for any lost products during transit.
