The Watch Factory offers a 30 day return policy. You can return your item for a refund within 30 days of the delivery of your purchase.

Please ensure to contact us for approval and instructions before returning your item.

For your return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

In its original state with no scratches or defects and free from alterations such as resizing, link removals and engravings.
In its original box with original tags included.
Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS POLICY
