Untracked is the most affordable option but we can’t track and once we’ve sent the parcel, it’s in Australia Post’s hands. Most of the time they are pretty good and manage to deliver in their estimated time frames of 5 - 8 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 12 business days, so it is best to expect that and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early 🙂 Note: Some Parcel Lockers may or may not accept refill orders sent with untracked Australia Post Letter shipping, so best to choose tracked if you’d like to send it to your parcel locker

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we recommend you insure your parcel. Happy Human will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
