01. Ensure that the controller is powered on. After using up the battery, please charge it.

02. Wear a leg massager. Adjust the calf wrap to the appropriate size.

03. Don't wear too tight. It is recommended to leave a gap and place 4 fingers inside, or choose the lowest intensity when feeling strong.

04. Press the power button for massage.

05. If you feel nervous. You can leave more blank spaces. When you can't feel the intensity. You can readjust your calves. Or if you are very thin. You can put a piece of cloth on your leg and wear a massager.
