Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Beautiful Mulberry colour - very soft colour for bedroom. The pillow cases are a great size, good quality and they feel very soft against your skin. I would like to purchase sheets in the same fabric and colour. Can Customer Service send me a link please if it is available. Thanks.

The pillow cases are very soft to touch and can be ironed at low temperature. I have slept about 7 nights on a Mulberry Silk pillow case and twice I woke up with a guinea pig hairstyle. The pillow cases came in a pouch and are very light weight. I haven't had migraines for a while, so I am not sure, if the material would be useful to cuddle up to during an attack. My younger sister loved to put her hands under skirts of women, who shared the lift with us, when she was a toddler. She was looking for silky fabric to calm her nerves.
