Muscle Relaxant

Mag Phos is an anti-spasmodic tissue salt. It is a remedy traditionally used to temporarily relieve symptoms such as cramps, shooting or spasmodic pain, twitching, hiccups, convulsive fits of coughing and those sudden sharp twinges of pain.

For the temporary relief of:

Nerve pains such as neuralgia, neuritis, sciatica & headaches
All cramps & spasms
Spasmodic palpitations
Cramping & headaches
Nervous tension
Muscle cramps

Each tablet contains:

0.5mcg of the Mineral Tissue Salt Magnesium Phosphate in a lactose base

Dosage:

Adults: 1 tablet
Children: 1/2 tablet
Infants: 1/4 tablet

Directions:

Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
Acute conditions: every half an hour (up to 6 doses per day) until symptoms subside.
Chronic or maintenance dose: 4 times daily.
Take half an hour before meals, last dose at bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings:

Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Contains lactose

All returns must be received within 30 days.

All items must be unused, with seals intact and tags attached where applicable. Products' packaging must also be received intact with no tears or blemishes.

We strongly advise returning your order with tracking as we can't be responsible for items that go missing before they reach us.

We will process all returns within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note we don't refund delivery costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Chocolate - We do not ship chocolate in cold packaging. Please be mindful when you order; if the weather is hot it can damage the chocolate so we do not advise purchasing in hot weather.
