This 600mm double Montangna towel rail, like the rest of the Montangna series, exudes boldness and strength. Its solid construction and mirror polished finish suits all modern bathrooms.

Manufactured from high grade stainless steel, and polished to a mirror finish, it may look the same as chrome plated brass, but it is a much harder and durable metal and far less likely to bend or distort. Also, it will not rust like other metals can.

This towel rail is fixed to the wall by first installing two wall brackets to your wall with the fasteners and plugs provided. Each bracket has two anchor points to ensure your rail is solidly fixed. The rail then fits over the brackets, and is affixed securely to the brackets with the hidden grub screws from underneath using the supplied hex key. Importantly, the brackets have some lateral movement in the cavities, and the bracket holes are wide to allow some flexibility in the wall hole placement and to assist with utilising any existing holes. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal, Afterpay or us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2-3 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

For products indicated as coming from a specialist 3rd party warehouse, please allow an additional 3 working days for dispatch.

If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or your online marketplace, within 30 days from the time you received your product, including any photos as evidence to support your claim. Please do not return any product without prior authority and the return address for the relevant warehouse.

This policy does not apply to products which have been:

Used
Damaged after delivery
Altered or attempted to be altered
Dropped or broken

All products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition including all of the original:

A copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip
Product/s
Accessories and parts, including screws and tape
Instruction and warranty leaflets and manuals
Shipping box
Retail packaging
Internal padding

Failure to comply may result in a repacking fee charged to you, the customer. This fee is charged at 20% of the original purchase price.

RETURNS

Change of Mind: For all change of mind returns, all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Faulty/Warranty Claims: Simply Stylish Homewares may choose to provide you with an Australia Post Return Label if the product is found to be faulty.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving confirmation and instruction from us to the return address provided.

The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damage during transit. We advise you to take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Simply Stylish Homewares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Simply Stylish Homewares, and our suppliers, have the sole right to assess the condition of any returned product, before approving a refund, credit, or replacement.

Where possible, refunds will be processed and paid through a reversal of the initial customer transaction. An email, or message through the relevant online marketplace, will be sent acknowledging payment of your refund.
