We have upgraded the firmware for the following issues, please feel free to let us know if you need it.

If you don't add numbers in front of songs' title. It will sort by default from letter A to Z in "Music" icon
Folders are sorted by the time the file was created. So you need to drag folder one by one on to the X60 to list in order.
All buttons are disabled when the screen locked, so you can avoid accidental touches when running, exersing etc.
The maximum level of volume is 100 levels. Available to upgrade to have a max volume limit function.
The sleep timer can set to the mode that it always keep the set value. Even if the player switches off after the sleep timer has expired.

Q: Why this player does not support Bluetooth?

A: In order to ensure the sound quality of the music, this MP3 only supports audio line output, not Bluetooth.

Q: What types of headphones should I use for a better sound quality?

A: The output impedance of headphone is (min 8Ω~ max 60Ω). Basically it’ no problem within a 32Ωheadphone.

Q: Why this device cannot read ID3 tags V2?

A: Both ID3 V2.3 & V2.4 are supported on this device. Please make sure the song itself contains this information first. The cover art pixels are under 600 X 600.

Q: How to play just one song

A: Follow these steps: Play settings > Shuffle Off > Repeat > Repeat 1. Now it will only loop one song again and again.

Q: When output to external speaker, why the volume is lower than the headphones?

A: Output to external speake,you need to set the line level to -6DB or 0DB
