All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will be required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

WARRANTY

RETURN POLICY
For 'Change of Mind' orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:
The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.
If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.
Please note: we recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.
Please note: a prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.
Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:
A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.
A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organise a return label.

This review is about the more expensive one: holding more shoes with two drawers on top. Very good quality timber. It has the look of a high quality item, standing out of similar items as it has done away with handles altogether! Assembly is not piece of cake, but is not hard either. Instructions could have been better in the sense that printing could be made bigger / clearer so as the not-so-handy man can see directions, etc. If I have to make a complaint, it's only the printing of the instructions - make them BIG! Number of shoes: Look, this is a shoes cabinet, not a shoes display cabinet. So if you have more than this one can hold, you are definitely one of those who bought shoes to show, not to wear. Go buy something that can display your shoes instead - preferably with glass shelves :-) Very happy with my purchase: a shoes cabinet that does its jobs well, looks good at the same time, and is relatively easy to put together (warning: a little harder than an IKEA). Ah, one last point, instructions says not to use powered tool. Don't worry, you can use it at the lowest speed, after initial hand guiding!

This shoe cabinet is beautiful I have it in my entry and it looks great no more tripping over shoes.

Very happy! Great design, a little time consuming to build, but that would be expected given the design.
