Constructed of solid pine wood and sturdy plywood slats, the bed frame house-like design allows for various decorations to be added to the frame for a bespoke slumber. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will be required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

New South Wales: 5-7 business days
South Australia, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory: 7-10 business days
Western Australia, Tasmania: 10-14 business days

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

RETURN POLICY

For 'Change of Mind' orders, returns must be made within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Prior to returning your goods, a satisfactory proof of photos and / or videos is required to be sent to us, in ensuring that:

The product has been unused and in the same condition it was sold.
No damages, stains, markings, and misuse of the products.
Original box packaging is used to protect good/s from further damaging on the return to sender.

If the returning product does not have the original packaging a 50% fee of the original purchased price will be deducted when processing the refund.

Please note: we recommend that you keep the original packaging (boxes) to ensure a safe return to sender when a change of mind occurs. Returning goods are therefore a responsibility of the buyer / customer until we have received it.

Please note: a prepaid return label can be provided by us to you and deducted when the refund is initiated after the return, alternatively the buyer / customer can choose a postal courier by themselves and will be liable for the return cost.

Fees that will be deducted from your refund are:

A restocking fee calculation of 15% fee of the original purchased price will be charged and deducted once we have received the product back to our warehouse.

A return fee will be charged and deducted from the refund to cover the postage of product back to us (if preferred by the buyer / customer) for us to organise a return label.

Was a little tricky to put together, and very time consuming since my little power drill barely got the job done. The slats were the most annoying since they were screws with no hole to go through the bed frame, and my power drill wasn't strong enough alone so had to use a nail and hammer to make some starter holes. Loving the final product though and so is my toddler! Though I think a little pricey, not by much. But thought it was going to be a bit taller than what it was for it's price, but even still it's a great first toddler bed.
