Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Speedy delivery- took just one week! Lovely big bed that both my old dogs love to lie in and be comfortable and cozy. The washable cover is a great idea.

Excellent bed for my frenchie, easy to unzip to wash, and easy to put back together again after drying on the washing line. I got the medium size bed, should of got a small one but the medium could easily fit 2 frenchies…. Maybe i can convince my partner for a second one 🤣
