For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

I have an older dog and this has been working well for him to get up and down. I like the carpet strips too as it stops the dog from slipping.

Great fast delivery. Steps themselves are a good height and my pom used them immediately I set them up. They are nice and solid.

Works well with my 60kg dog, though he was a bit worried to start with. He uses it when he can't be bothered jumping on the bed, and walks down it when he gets off.

Very sturdy, but unfortunately not big enough for my Great Dane/Bull Mastiff. However gave the steps to a client and her Spaniel/Beagle took to them like a duck to water

It is a very nice product it needs some Reinforcements i feel i have a floating floor and the steps move when walked on even so my dog is small. I am very happy with everything else.

I am happy with these stairs at last I do not have to bend over and pick my puppy up to put him on the bed he now climbs the stairs the only thing I found that was wrong is when he leaps of the stairs and onto the bed the stairs move but again this is trivial as I am happy with these stairs. It did not take long for my dog to learn to climb them. Thank you for this product.
