We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Does exactly what it says. It took me a long time to push the pieces together and had to leave them out in the sun to soften so they would fit together. Also I didn't realise there wouldn't be a tank or something for the waste to go (just a pipe) but not too much of a problem. Apart from that happy with the product.
