What you see is what you get - a light-weight clothes hanger - perfect for wheeling around the house in winter to dry several shirts on hangers in front of the fire. I actually bought it to hang a sheet over it to use as a backdrop for photographs, but my wife has commandeered it as a clothes drying rack. Bugger! I might have to buy another one.
