Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Surprisingly robust and good value. Zips don't jam and it is easy to open either side to get your puppy out of the car. See-through forward facing panel is great for our smaller dog, and the non-slip floor means he was confident and comfortable from the first trip. Straps are sturdy and easy to clip and unclip, while being able to halve the hammock when space is tight is a bonus.
