I bought it after seeing my hairdresser using it. It's so light and you can easily hear eachother talking over it without raising your voice. I always accidentally press the cool button but it's also in a good position for cooling the hair quickly after setting it in the brush with heat. For years I bought the Turbo from Italy, but this is definitely an upgrade. Highly recommend
