The Element is in a completely different league to every other cross-country bike that's come before it. If you want to send anything back then we can supply a refund as long as the item/s are in 100% sellable condition (i.e; retuned in undamaged packaging, brand new condition). Crooze reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item/s are not in sellable condition.
