The product is great & I have used it before as ima cleaner but I lost the mop one of my cleans & had to order another one, although this mop I ordered has seen more of Victoria than the locals, as it traveled around & did a full loop & ending back at supplier. I contacted supplier as when I finally received it-it’s damaged. Still in dispute
