Orders are either dispatched the same business day or the next business day from Melbourne.

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

Metro: 1-4 business days 

Regional: 1-7 business days (depends on the location, can be more for very remote regions)

We (Babiesmart) allow a return where you have changed your mind or for any reason, provided that the item in question is:

 

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
  • As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact
  • In a resalable condition
  • Not damaged in any way.
In any case of complete refund or partial refund we require customers to return the item back to us at the customer's expense, we can only help after the product is received and inspected.
 

When you are eligible for a complete refund

  • If the product is faulty or damaged or the wrong product delivered
You have two options either get a full refund or get an exchange of the same or similar value
 
If any of the condition is true we will reimburse the full amount that occurred including shipping.
 
When you are eligible for a partial refund
  • If a customer does not like the product for whatsoever reason - change of mind
  • A partial refund means you will get an amount equal to the product (- Shipping cost)
  • The customer has to return the item to our warehouse located in Melbourne, do not send or return the item unless approved by customer support
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, it varies from product to product.

Quality Control:

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by BabiesMart within 30 days.
