Our orders are processed and shipped from our partner warehouse in Brisbane. Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched on the next business day. However, during peak seasons and significant sale events, it may take up to 2 business days for us to dispatch the orders due to increased order volumes.
Delivery times vary based on location.
- Within Queensland: 2-4 business days
- Interstate capital cities: 4-7 business days
- Regional and remote areas, Western Australia and Northern Territory: Delivery time usually take longer and can vary between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the remoteness of the location.

Reusable Nappies
Our reusable nappies and toilet training pants are adjustable sizing and designed to fit babies of most shapes and sizes until potty trained.
Care instructions:
Separate insert from nappy shell. Flush solids and rinse residual solids prior to washing. Nappies and inserts can be stored in a dry pail for 2-3 days prior to washing. Gentle warm machine wash at 40-60 C. Do not use fabric softeners. Hang out to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
Sleepwear
Long-sleeve romper sizes are:
- 0-3 months
- 3-6 months
- 6-12 months
- 12-18 months
- 18-24 months
Swaddle bags: 0-6 months
Sleeping bags: 6-24 months
Care instructions:
- Gentle machine wash with like colours
- Do not bleach, do not soak
- Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low heat
- Warm iron if needed

If you would like to try our cloth nappies and not sure whether they will be right for you, then we have just the solution.
Use one of the nappies in the “Part Time” or “Full Time pack”, and if you do not love them, for whatever reason, then return the pack for a refund.
Here are the conditions of our offer.
- Offer is limited to one prewashed and used nappy only. The other items in the pack should not be prewashed or used.
- Please let us know about your intention to return the pack within 14 days of receiving your order, this will allow you ample time to use and wash the nappy a few times.
- If you are not able to use the nappies within this time frame, simply drop us an email to tell us about your circumstances.
- Return postage for change of mind, is at your own expense.
Returns and refunds:
- All items are inspected prior to sending, however in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
- Human errors happen. If you have received an incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item and we will rectify the situation.
- We cover return postage for any faulty or incorrect items. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.
- Return postage for change of mind or incorrect sizing is at your own expense. Information about sizing is available on our product pages. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
- Please do not return items without discussing it with us first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and if the items are received in a satisfactory condition, you will be refunded via your original payment method. We will notify you once the transaction has been completed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.
