Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised center.

Returns  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

For a Change of Mind Return will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

  1. returned within 14 days of receiving order;
  2. as new or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
  3. in a resalable condition; and
  4. not damaged in any way.

We will accept the return of any product which is damaged or was incorrectly  sent or does not match the description of what you ordered within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photo evidence of verification. 

Perishable goods such as food are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as you order number and email address. Please do not send your purchase back unless requested to do so.

Non-returnable items:

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 
Refunds (if applicable)  Once your request or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Sale items (if applicable)  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Exchanges (if applicable)  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Being a perishable item, food we do not refund if you simply changed your mind. Shipping  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
