How much is shipping?

All Australian orders are shipped free!

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Australia with our warehouse located in Sydney.

How do you ship?

We ship all orders with Australia Post eParcel.  You will be required to sign for the delivery and if you are not at home the Australia Post driver will leave a "sorry we missed you" card and take your order to your local post office for you to pickup.  Please be aware that Australia Post have been known to be careless with not leaving cards in appropriate places so it's important to keep an eye on your order tracking number (see below).

Do you offer express post shipping?

We do not provide express post at this time.

When will my order ship?

If an order is placed by midday your order will ship same day 99% of the time.  Orders after midday may also ship same day but we cannot assure it, but will definitely ship next business day.

You will automatically be sent a shipping confirmation email when your order ships.  This email contains your tracking number along with a link to the Australia Post website where you can enter your tracking number:

My order hasn't arrived!  Where is it?

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame please following the following steps for fastest and easiest resolution:

Did you receive a tracking email?  Also remember to check your junkmail folder.  If yes, check the tracking with Australia Post to find out where the shipment is.  If you haven't received a tracking email please check that your order was successfully completed (you should have received an order completion email from us) and then contact us on the online form to assist.

My tracking shows the order has shipped but has taken far too long without updates?

As the parcel is already in Australia Post circulation the best thing to do is contact Australia Post directly and provide your tracking number.  They will lodge an investigation to find and deliver the parcel as soon as possible.  In the rare case that the parcel is still missing after a period of 2 weeks please contact us to assist with resolution.

Christmas period slow down

During the Christmas and Holiday period shipments will always take longer to be delivered due to the huge surge in volume being put through Australia Post.  Please be patient during these times and allow an extra few days for delivery.

100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies to any products you purchase that do not perform to your expectations and can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; simply contact us by email to arrange return of the product to us and we will refund you the price of the goods including shipping for that item. CHANGE OF MIND - if you purchase and receive a product but change your mind or if you ordered incorrectly, a $10 return fee will apply and you must ship the item back to us at your own cost and also pay for the shipping of the new item.

DEFECTIVE GOODS - claims must be lodged via our website to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund will be offered.

How to return your item

  • 1.  Contact us via the contact form on our website.  A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request and record all the necessary product return information.

  • 2.  As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be sent to you or a refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT

Any returns must be received by Cyborg Sport within (30) thirty days of the claim being made.  Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Cyborg Sport unless stated otherwise by a Cyborg Sport Customer Service Representative.

Refunds for returns will be processed by Cyborg Sport within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.

For items that do not require return, refunds will be processed within 24 hours by Cyborg Sport. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.

All Refund claims made within the 30 day period, will be issued in the method by which they paid.
