    I was hesitant to purchase this desk because there were no reviews anywhere. But it is awesome. Very sturdy, excellent quality and so quiet. Way better than my previous 12 year old super expensive electric desk that I was replacing. Just be sure to check the box when unpacking (cause I found a grub screw had dislodged during shipping) and read thru the 2 sets of instructions. The designers have updated the order of assembly at some stage and instead of re writing the whole instructions, have decided to insert an “addition” page. Basically just attach the bracket for the power adapter to the frame BEFORE screwing on the table top. All good! And the mahogany and black frame blends in well in our lounge room. Perfect as a sewing/patchwork table. Displays desk height in mm on the LED display too. Super happy.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders*. Express shipping may available at extra charge. Please contact us for the cost. 

Your products are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes.  Orders placed before noon AEST on business days will normally be packed and dispatched on the same day. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Once dispatched with Australia Post or other Courier companies, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

Standard Shipping

1-3 business days NSW

2-6 business days VIC, ACT, SA & QLD metro and most regional areas*

3-10 business days WA, NT, Tasmania*

*Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

*We do not ship gku™ desk and desktop to NT, Tas and far north QLD, please contact us if you have any concern of your shipping area.

gku™ product range is covered by a limited warranty, based on our confidence in the superior quality of our frames, motors, electronics, desktops, and accessories.

  • gku™  Desk frames: We cover any defects or malfunctions in the desk frame including the motor, metal/aluminum components, controller, switch, electronics, and mechanisms, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
  • gku™ Desktops: We cover any desktops that are rendered unusable as a result of a manufacturer's defect or damage in shipping, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
  • gku™ Monitor Arms  including "EZY-Riser”  and “ PRO-Riser” series.
  • gku™ Mobile desk series.
  • gku™ Sit stand converser “ProAttach” series.

In the event that any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and that we ask you to return.

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

  • Improper set-up or unauthorized modification
  • Failure to maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage or scratch of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign object

Damage not covered under this warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We also offer discounts if you’d like a quote on a new item to replace an out-of-warranty item.

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase from an authorized gku™ dealer. The maximum liability of gku™ shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. in no event shall gku™ be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. some places do not allow limitations on the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the Australian Consumer Law (or local consumer law). 

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

 

 

If you are entitled to make a claim under warranty, our gku™ Care team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods should be returned to us ( We may cover the cost of return, please refer to  Return policy ).  Unless otherwise provided by law, you will bear any other costs incurred in making a claim under warranty.

You must present your receipt as proof of date of purchase for warranty validation.

Return Policy

 
 

We offers our clients a FREE, no-obligation 30-day trial of our gku products. This means that you can return the product for any reason within the 30 days period after you have received the order. 

Easy return process:
1. Contact us with below form, including your order/invoice number
2. keep all packaging including accessories in the event the product is returned
3. Prepaid return label will be emailed to you for the return of any unwanted product
4. We either provide a full cash refund or offer free replacements upon your request.

We reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

 
For any return request after 30 days, call for a warranty claim within the time stated for your warranty .
 
 

 

How long will it take to receive a refund? 

Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase once we have received your items. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
